Want to know where your order is? You're in the right place! Use the link in your order confirmation email to check your shipment status at any time.
📦 How to track your order
- Open the order confirmation email sent to you when you placed your order.
- Click the “View your order” button or link in that email.
- Your live order status page will open — no account needed.
- Once dispatched, your Royal Mail tracking number will appear on that page with a direct tracking link.
🕐 Dispatch & delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 to 10 working days, especially if they include both 3d printed items and release paper. Once dispatched, Royal Mail delivery typically takes 2–5 working days for standard tracked services. You will receive a dispatch notification email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
