Processing Times
All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing, particularly for handmade items and 3D printed products. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you informed.

Order Tracking
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Click & Drop. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey via the Royal Mail tracking portal.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and North America (USA & Canada). If you are located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing and we'll do our best to help.
Special Handling — Handmade & 3D Printed Items
Some of our products are handmade or 3D printed to order. These items require additional production time (included in the 7–10 day processing window above). Please handle with care upon receipt, as resin and 3D printed items can be fragile.
