By submitting any artwork, images, or designs for custom orders, you (the customer) affirm that you own the copyright or have obtained the explicit legal right and commercial license to use and reproduce the imagery.

Diamonds & Resin with Trisha acts solely as a printing service and assumes no liability for copyright infringement, trademark violations, or unauthorised use of graphics provided by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing imagery that clearly violates intellectual property laws.
